Traffic signs are part of road equipment that is very important for motorists because they can provide direction while on the highway, and if there damage, repair or replacement must be carried out immediately it cause traffic accidents. Data collection damaged still done using manual method, so takes a long time. Therefore, web- android-based application was designed implements Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm in determining priority route South Sulawesi Province. As result this research, public report type damage its location via Android, then officer processes data displays replacement. Implement into prioritization sign improvement two (two) web-based Android platforms. System design UML produces use cases (2 actors, admin, user) class diagrams (15 admin classes 4 user classes). The black box used as test produced 40 modules, which all were line with expectations
